The amount of information required to be disclosed in the annual report depends on the size of the company. The larger the company, the more detailed the information must be disclosed in the report submitted to the register. According to the standards, entrepreneurs are divided into four categories: micro, small, medium and large.
Access to submit the annual report and annexes electronically is granted to: a member of the management board, a general partner, a limited partner with the right of representation, the manager of a branch, a liquidator or a trustee in bankruptcy.
However, the person entitled to represent may authorize, for example, the accountant (s) to enter and submit the report. The accountant can enter the data, keep an eye on when signing the report, and track when the auditor signs the report. Once all the necessary steps have been taken, the accounting officer, who has also been given the right to submit, can submit the report to the register.
The first or reporting step allows you to set a reporting period, select and run key reports and attachments, or upload data to an xbrl file.
In the completion phase, you can edit or complete the pre-filled title page, enter the activity report data, and create a report file to sign.
There are two ways to sign a report in an e-reporting environment - you can choose between digital signing or signing on paper and uploading a scanned file.
Throughout the preparation of the report, the e-reporting environment checks whether the mandatory forms and fields are filled in, as well as the main reports and annexes. In addition to the inspections in the environment, the submitted reports are also reviewed by the registry department or the Commercial Register. If the registry department finds that the report needs to be supplemented or the submitter wishes to correct it after sending it to the register, a repeat report can be submitted in the e-reporting environment. When submitting a repeat report, the portal pre-fills in all the data that the user has entered during the previous report and allows them to be supplemented / changed.
